I aim to create a stabilizing, nurturing environment, where you can heal from trauma, develop new ways of coping, learn to better manage life stressors, regulate emotions, and improve confidence.
I recognize no two people are alike; I adapt my approach to meet your unique needs, goals, and experiences. I have specialized training in sexual assault and domestic violence, childhood trauma and emotional neglect, mindfulness, DBT, CBT, somatic (body-based) awareness, and EMDR.
Our work together can deepen your understanding of how you relate to yourself and others and how patterns and behaviors can act as barriers to living the life you would most like to live. I am passionate about building a therapeutic relationship that can be reparative, transformative, and healing.
