Rates

In network provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, BlueChoice PPO, and UnitedHealthCare/Optum.

Rates without insurance:

• $175 per session
• $200 per initial intake session
• sliding scale rates offered as space allows

Insurance

I am an in network provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, BlueChoice PPO, and United healthcare. It is is recommended that you check with your insurance company to inquire and verify your in network mental health benefits.

Please note that ultimate responsibility for payments rests with you, the client, should there be any gap or shortfall in coverage.

For all other insurance panels, I am considered an out of network provider. I provide clients using out of network provider benefits with the appropriate documentation to submit to their provider for possible reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

Sessions cancelled with less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge to the credit card on file for the full session rate as this is not covered by insurance. 

No Surprises Act

Under section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act (No Surprises Act), out of pocket clients are entitled to a written and/or oral estimate of expected charges per session. This can help them estimate the expected charges they may be billed for receiving certain health care items and services.
